Returned by Customer - If you have any returns or exchanges please contact email@example.com or call (619)821-8012. If you have any return which is not an exchange then the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. Adinkra Stitch would provide one courtesy size exchange for the same item. In that case please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call (619)821-8012.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Customer pays for return shipment.

When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you.
Wrong Address - If the customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed by the customer are returned to our facility and the customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
